April 3, 2014: Justin Jackson Named Co-MVP at McDonald's All American Game!!!

Houston Hoops alum Justin Jackson was named co-MVP of the 2014 McDonald's All-American Game last night. He was the leading scorer with 23 points on 11-of-14 shooting. Justin also received the Jack Daly Sportsmanship Award at the game. Houston Hoops alum Kelly Oubre, Jr. had 11 pts, and Justise Winslow had 9. So proud of all 3! // Chron.Com Article // Box Score

Congratulations to Justin Jackson, Kelly Oubre, and Justise Winslow - the Houston Hoops' newest McDonald's All Americans. About Us
The Houston Hoops basketball program is based on the involvement in athletics as a medium to address some of the many problems which face our youth today, specifically, problems with substance abuse and early withdrawal from school. Participating in athletics is one way of helping youth to stay in school and feel good about themselves and others by developing a positive and caring attitude.
