July 30, 2012: Houston Hoops 17U & 15U Teams take the Title in Las Vegas
What a great way to end the summer! Both the 17U & 15U teams won the Platinum Championship of their respective divisions at Bigfoot Hoops Las Vegas Classic this weekend. The 16U team also made it to the Final 4. A big THANK YOU to all the players, coaches, parents, and fans for a great season

- 2009: J-Mychal Reese named to the Class 5A All-State Team selected by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches. Reese, the MVP from district 12-5A, is the only freshman in any classification named to the all state team. Seniors Tommy Mason-Griffin and Jamal Fenton also were named to the team. Brandon "Snap" Peters made First Team All-State (4A) for Yates. LJ Rose was the only freshman named to the TAPPS 4A All-State First Team.

2007: Gary Johnson and Jai Lucas have been named to the 2007 Jordan Brand All-American Team! Only 20 players from across the country were invited to this prestigious event, and Gary and Jai are the only players from Texas to be invited.
